I had my eye on a leather jacket to buy on friends and family day with a 50% off coupon at BR. Wouldn't you know, BR told their service reps on THE MORNING of the sale, that whoops, leather and cashmere are not included.
I wouldn't have wasted my time going in had I known that. Why didn't they just say that up front so their service people could let customers know beforehand?
I was sorely disappointed but just feel it's all in a days' work for the top hands-service reps are terrific but whoever made that decision helped put me off shopping at BR. I haven't shopped there for a long time due to prices and "sales" that aren't really sales--just confirmed what I believe about their top brass--shady and greedy.
