I was waiting in line of the fitting room and I had to wait several minutes for an open room. There were 4 unoccupied rooms and the worker just stared at me without greeting or directing me to a room.
Another customer comes along and skips the line. The worker seemed to be friends with her and directed her to an empty room, when obviously I was waiting. This was rude and unfair, there needs to be regulation AND better customer service! This frustrated me greatly, so I just left the store.
As much as I love this brand, I don't think I want to purchase from them again or especially come to the location. This happened at the Citadel outlets.
