So, let me start by saying this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! So I ordered a package on December 4th in hopes of recieving the package for my husbands birthday on december 14, not too ambitious right?
The package never comes in, ok fine whatever. I track the package, and the package says it will deliver on December 21st. On December 20th, I check to see where the package is, since it is supposed to deliver on December 21st. It still says the package "Just Shipped".
At this point I am getting frustrated because how is it supposed to deliver on the 21st if it "Just Shipped"? So I call banana republic and speak to some misinformed employee who is unable to tell me anything that I do not already know. She's like yeah, it's going to deliver on the 21st. I said ok really, even despite it still saying "Just Shipped" you're confident it is going to deliver?
She said yes. The 21st of December comes and my package does not. I call on the 21st and speak with someone named Romel, he tells me he doesn't know where my package is and apparently this is a bizarre scenario. No ***, Romel.
So we go ahead and cancel the package, because he, too, cannot give me any further information than I already knew. I wanted to reorder the same things, but everything is sold out. Everything I wanted. So, we place ANOTHER order and do overnight shipping, so I'm supposed to recieve by Wednesday December 27th.
Two days after Christmas. Romel asks for my current address and I give it to him. He asks am I still living at the address they have on file, I say no, please update and erase it. He says he will.
Tuesday comes and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. I call and speak with some lady and she's like oh yeah it's getting shipped out tonight and it's going to xxx address (the WRONG ADDRESS THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ERASED). So i'm like are you f*cking kidding me! So she's like don't worry, you can call back once you get the shipping confirmation and have us reroute it.
I say ok cool, I will do just that. I get the shipping address and I call back on Wednesday 12/28 and speak to some airheaded surfer-boy. He confirms that is indeed going to the correct address and that he doesn't even see the incorrect address. I say are you sure because I spoke with someone yesterday and they told me to call back and reroute it.
He says yes I'm sure. Ok cool. I get a delivery confirmation email on Wednesday night that says my package delivered. Guess where?
THE WRONG F*CKING ADDRESS! So I call BR AGAIN, this time super pissed. The lady is not remorseful and keeps reciting really customer-service-y lines to me without acknowledging the fact that this has been a f*cked up process. She tells me that she basically can't do anything but she can reorder my package, however at this point the colors that I want are out of stock, AGAIN, so I'll have to order something different.
I declined. I'm done with BR.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Idea of my clothes when it said i would get them.
