I received an order late October and processed a return for 2 items within 3 weeks. (45 day return policy).
I dropped the packages off in my building UPS return package area before Christmas. They hit BR's return department after December 4th and they sent my return back to me for not getting it within 45 days.
They refuse to take my return back because i can't prove the day I printed off the return shipping label and they don't hold the dates returns are processed in their system. They would rather be that wasteful and send items back to people they're trying to return than to accept a return and not refund
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
