Representative was very patient and thorough
Nothing happened phone call was pleasant and representative was very thorough and patient. Im older and a little slower when it comes to commuters and technical stuff she was patient and understanding.
She was very helpful . The phone call lasted but a few minutes but we were able to complete what I the customer needed to get done
Was a nightmare
No supervisor, terrible English, couldn't understand me, couldn't help me. Said I needed to call back tomorrow and start all over.

Verified Buyer |Dirty dressing room in Ajax Store
Their dressing room has not been cleaned in at least a month. I was there last month and again today.
Also They had 70% off clearance. Then the next promotion was a $15.00 off coupon if you spent over $30. When the coupon took effect they switched from 70 to 30% off.
On a $99 dress at 70% off is $27.72. On the new promotion the $99 dress at 30% off, minus $15 coupon is $54.30.
User's recommendation: Do the math, don’t assume your getting a bargain, because you have a discount coupon.
Please send my order to my current address. It was sent to an old address, i moved 15 years ago! I have ordered from Banana R many times. Not sure why it went to this address.
I continue to call customer service. How frustrating!!!

I ordered a dress from their website and a pop-up ad appeared on my screen from a fraudulent company called Free Shipments.com. At first, I didn't notice, but this company charged me $25 for their membership.
I did not share my bank information with this website; however, they obtained all my banking details from the Banana Republic website!
They should have better brand safety measures and protect their customers from these intrusive pop-up ads. I will never shop there again!

I havent received my package and I am supposed to call ups to find out where they left it? I don't think so.
Please find out where my package is and deliver it to my address at 100 PRISCILLA DR, CRANSTON RI 02921.

I took a long break from be mainly because they moved out of our area.recently saw some items I liked online. Placed four separate orders over the last couple month.
All four came in incorrect!! I am still waiting to hear what they will do with an order where they charged me but item was missing in order.
Yes, they make you fill out a form and they may or may not approve it and apparently if they do t you have to do a charge back with your card.yes I am done. DO NOT DO ORDER FROM BR!

3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY, WHICH WOULD BE 09/12, OR 09/13 - SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED UNTIL NOW, MY ORD IS STILL IN PROCESSING MODE. THERE IS NO WAY I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER ON 09/12, NOR ON 09/13. THIS WAS PLACED AFTER FEDERAL HOLIDAY OF LABOR DAY WHICH WAS ON 09/02. I never received this order of 6/4! I have been tracking this order since the due date of 6/14.
I have submitted requested updates and received no phone calls or updates! I have been lied to numerous times by customer service agents about the whereabouts of my order. This is the worst customer service ever! Now I get a notice that you have received 'my return'???
I never got the package, how did I return it???
I need answers from someone in the US, not lies from someone in the Philippines! I will never order or shop with Banana Republic again!

Loved their store locations. Now is terrible!
Wanted to find a men's linen shirt. Google showed Banana Republic as one option.
I have several things from them, but the pricing would not even show on their website! Screwed around a bit and saw it was $85 but still not the right details to make me purchase at that price. Perfect example of box store not working online well. They will not last...

In order to be viable online retailer, you MUST provide price and size options quickly. Any trouble there, you are GONE.

Verified Reviewer |I ordered a Jumpsuit from BR, to ship to my address, and billed to my credit card.
I received a confirmation today it was shipped to my ex daughter-in-law at an address she hasn't lived at for 9 years.
First I spoke to Miton in Mumbai, no luck, I have to fill out a claim after it's delivered, TO WHO ??
Delivery date is June 8th, and I am not able to fill out claim until it's delivered !!
And then refund takes 10-15 days !!!
I'm outraged at the total ineptitude of BR, shipping, customer service and lack of integrity !!!Don't order anything online from BRDont order ANYTHING online from BR EVER !!!
