I had a the worst customer service today at bay street bannana republic store in emeryville , ca Ignorant, ummatured, unproffesional....everytime I ask question all he can say is call customer service. I will never go to bannana republic again.

Banana Republic - Poor customer service
I was shopping with my son and daughter in law. My son picked out a suit that he liked and decided on the jacket. We waited in line. 3 personnell were behind the counter. One was serving customer. The other 2 male customers were talking to each other and playing on their phones comparing videos. We waited for some time. My son decided against the jacket and we left. No purchase.
They are not accepting my unworn, unwashed items because they received the return after 45 days as passed. So they are sending the clothes back to me!!!! The unwanted clothes and DO NOT want, they are mailing it back to me. Whatever happened to a 90 day return policy?...Read more
