MY ORD#1JV5BWY PLACED ON 09/05 AT 11:11AM - TOTAL OF ORD DEDUCTED AT SAME TIME FROM MY ACCT. 3 ITEMS PURCHASED, SMALL ITEMS.

3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY, WHICH WOULD BE 09/12, OR 09/13 - SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED UNTIL NOW, MY ORD IS STILL IN PROCESSING MODE. THERE IS NO WAY I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER ON 09/12, NOR ON 09/13. THIS WAS PLACED AFTER FEDERAL HOLIDAY OF LABOR DAY WHICH WAS ON 09/02. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO CHECK IF MY ORD WAS BEING SHIPPED TODAY.

I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED TO DUPLICATE THE ORD, AND SHIPPED EXPRESS MAIL SO COULD RCVD ON FRIDAY, 09/13 AND PAY AGAIN FOR THE ORD WHICH WOULD BE (DUPLICATE ORD) $220.00. WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT I WOULD RECEIVE ON 9/13.

WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THESE OUTLETS WITH GOOD PRICES IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MEET DELIVERY DAY! I DON'T CARE FOR THE $10.00 FOR INCONVENIENCE, JUST MEET SHIPPING DATE.

Lost in the mail

I never received this order of 6/4! I have been tracking this order since the due date of 6/14.

I have submitted requested updates and received no phone calls or updates! I have been lied to numerous times by customer service agents about the whereabouts of my order. This is the worst customer service ever! Now I get a notice that you have received 'my return'???

I never got the package, how did I return it???

I need answers from someone in the US, not lies from someone in the Philippines! I will never order or shop with Banana Republic again!

Wanted to find a men's linen shirt. Google showed Banana Republic as one option.

I have several things from them, but the pricing would not even show on their website! Screwed around a bit and saw it was $85 but still not the right details to make me purchase at that price. Perfect example of box store not working online well. They will not last...

In order to be viable online retailer, you MUST provide price and size options quickly. Any trouble there, you are GONE.

I ordered a Jumpsuit from BR, to ship to my address, and billed to my credit card.

I received a confirmation today it was shipped to my ex daughter-in-law at an address she hasn't lived at for 9 years.

First I spoke to Miton in Mumbai, no luck, I have to fill out a claim after it's delivered, TO WHO ??

Delivery date is June 8th, and I am not able to fill out claim until it's delivered !!

And then refund takes 10-15 days !!!

I'm outraged at the total ineptitude of BR, shipping, customer service and lack of integrity !!!Don't order anything online from BRDont order ANYTHING online from BR EVER !!!

I order three pairs of pants and only received one pair

The service I received tonight from your representative Louis was extremely poor. I ordered three pairs of pants and two of them was canceled.

I had no ideal that they were canceled. I never received an email indicating that my order had been canceled. I pay my bill on time.

Your agent had the nerve to tell me my call may not be a legitimate one. I need these pants for an event and now I do not have them because your company decided to cancel my order.

Very bad customer service interactions.

I am a very busy professional. I purchase thousands of dollars in clothing a year.

I expect it to be an easy experience. Unfortunately I've had missing items, things not show at all, damage clothes, as well as things not looking like that do in their pictures show up. When I call or text their customer service, I receive little to no help, when you call you can barely understand the people on the phone.They just do not care. They are of little help, Im taking my business elsewhere now, since they want to pinch a penny at my expense.

Im not interested in companies that don't find their customers to be the reason they are in business.You should always have a call center in the country your customers are in. Communication problems and frustration are mitigated that way. Maybe one day I will come back if you're still in business and get your issues under control. As of now, I am frustrated and sending all the orders back that are on the way.

This includes about 1k of new clothes I just purchased. I can easily find them at another boutique, and I will make sure the store I choose has good customer service. I purchase from all your sites.

GAP, BR, BRF, Athena... no more though.

You liar, you claim that you are an English native and the other person is not. They have better English skills than you do.

You made several mistakes that even a first-grade child would not make. Your English is terrible. If you think you are native to the English language and they are not based on their comment you are either STUPID and cannot read or lying. 1.

You should have used a comma after the word, unfortunately. 2. You should have said you have things not SHOWING at all not things not show at all. 3.

When you have separate sentences you should leave a space. Basic first-grade English. 4. The word don't needs an aprostophee.

GO BACK TO THE FIRST GRADE AND LEARN THE SIMPLE RULES OF ENGLISH BEFORE YOU GO AROUND CLAIMING THAT ENGLISH IS YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE. CLEARLY SINCE WOULD FAIL GRADE ONE ENGLISH IT IS NOT. The person whom you are insulting has better English skills that you do.

OP has a very misplaced “do you know who I am” attitude for a non-celebrity. For every person that rationalizes call centers belong in the U.S., there is another person that thinks the items should be made here as well.

T The company should do both and we will see how long people like the OP pay $125 for that blouse that was $50 a year ago. Also, Banana Republic is not a boutique.

To whom it may concern:

I am a loyal customer who shops your brand and has your credit card. I purchased 2 of the same top

(443399) olive and white over a year ago.

The buttons are too small for the button holes and open when you put the top on. I have only worn them once each color, they are brand new. I am embarrassed to wear them as they do not stay closed. I was going to return them last year when I realized this was happening but got busy, was traveling for business and did not have the time.

They got packed away with my winter clothes and I took them out this year, tried them on and the same thing was happening. Today I went to your store #8313 in North Brunswick, NJ and spoke to the manager there, Keisha Reedus. She was unable to take them back because they were too old.

I feel that this unacceptable, I am a good customer and am escalating this return request to the next level of customer service. I am sure I am not the only one who has had a problem with this shirt.

Issue- I observed when shopping in Banana republic an employee stumble/trip on floor worn rugs raised from the edges/corner. I even stumbled myself.

I have downloaded pics and sent to the company trying to bring awareness for the safety of employees and customers.

ButI only keep getting continual links to report this issues. If someone get seriously hurt, the liability will be on the company, I won’t be shopping there again.Good day

Complaint of manageress at branch in Staten Island

I would like to complain about the I'll mannered manageress Casey at your store number 1568 in Staten Island .

She has no tact in dealing with customers and with me in particular when I was at the store trying to make some purchases . I resulted in leaving all items that I wished to buy and she made no effort to resolve it either .

With this level of service you will lose customers for sure. !!!
